Sarah Kathleen Wilson is a Registered Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist with the Canadian Association of Counselling Hypnotherapists and Educators, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary.
As a counselling hypnotherapist, Sarah supports clients seeking relief from compulsive behaviours, such as hair pulling, nail biting, bruxism and smoking. She supports clients with chronic pain, relief from anxiety, sleep disturbances and pre-natal hypnosis to prepare for childbirth. Her therapeutic style is well-suited to clients who desire to take an active role in their healing and learn mindfulness-based practices to achieve their goals.
Sarah brings to her practice a rich history of front-line work in the non-profit sector. She is also an engaged member of the queer community and is grateful to welcome clients of varying identities, and brings a non-judgemental and compassionate presence to her work.
