Sarah Kinsley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a MEd in Counselling from the University of Victoria.
Most recently, Sarah served as counsellor and Trauma-Informed Yoga facilitator at Bridges for Women Society, where she completed a 3-year training in Somatic Experiencing®. She has extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Interventions including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Sarah completed a year-long training in MBCT facilitation at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies. Sarah is a registered Yoga teacher for adults and children (E-RYT 500, RCYT) and enjoys teaching weekly classes and Trauma-informed trainings.
Sarah values working with clients to help them move forward in their lives and believes each person is capable of change, growth and healing. She is grateful to live and learn on the traditional territories of the Lkwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees) and W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum) Peoples on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
