You remain an independent practitioner. Build your own professional identity, maintain your own client relationships and keep 100% of your professional fees. Rather than an uncapped percentage split that increases as your practice grows, EHC offers predictable flat rent.
Why can flat rent matter? A practitioner billing $150/session for 20 sessions/week over 48 weeks bills $144,000/year. A 35-40% clinic split would equal $50,400–$57,600/year. By comparison, $1,550/month in flat rent is $18,600/year.
Different clinics provide different services, but at EHC your rent doesn't increase as your practice grows.
We also help you build your practice. EHC includes Jane App for online booking, scheduling, payments and paperless charting; inclusion in clinic marketing; and internal referral opportunities. Results naturally vary, and referrals cannot be guaranteed, but our recent experience has been that new counselling practitioners have typically built to a full caseload in approximately 3–4 months. For the right practitioner who is still building a caseload, ask us about our introductory Practice-Building options, including the possibility of beginning at reduced/part-time rent before transitioning to full-time rent as your caseload grows.

EHC is located at 1711 Cook Street in an established professional health building occupied by physicians and other health professionals, conveniently positioned for downtown Victoria, Fairfield, Oak Bay, Fernwood and surrounding neighbourhoods.
A different kind of clinic relationship EHC does not take ownership of your practice or absorb your professional identity into ours. You operate your own independent business while benefiting from the infrastructure, environment, systems, marketing and collegiality of an established clinic.
We are deliberately looking for practitioners interested in establishing a long-term professional home, rather than temporary room rental. Our standard agreements are long-term, with some flexibility depending on circumstances.
